Background and Experience
Ms. Judd is an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Santa Ana, where she serves as the legal advisor to the Medical Marijuana Dispensary Task Force. In addition, she shares responsibility with the other attorneys in the office for Public Records Act requests and code enforcement prosecution.

Ms. Judd most recently served as staff attorney for the Orange County Health Authority, dba CalOptima. During her prior employment as an Assistant City Attorney with the City of Santa Ana from 2008 through 2012, she served as the Police Legal Advisor and prosecutor. Prior to joining the City, Ms. Judd was employed as a Deputy City Attorney with the City of Huntington Beach, where she primarily practiced in the areas of police legal advice, Pitchess motions, public works, civil rights, public records law, and code enforcement prosecution. She began her legal career as an associate with the law firm of Ferguson, Praet and Sherman, where she represented various police departments throughout the state in civil litigation and administrative law matters.

Professional Affiliations
Ms. Judd is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Education
Ms. Judd obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from California State University, Fullerton, and is a 2003 summa cum laude graduate of Whittier Law School, where she was the valedictorian of her class.
