Housing Development Services

Our draft Affordable Housing Funds Policies and Procedures are currently being revised for consideration by our Mayor and City Council. These draft Policies and Procedures will guide how the City's affordable housing funds and land assets available are allocated, committed, loaned and monitored for multi-family affordable housing development in the City. The intent is to provide a transparent, open and fair process in the allocation of scarce affordable housing funds and land assets available to the City for affordable housing development. A stakeholder workshop was held on December 19th, 2017. If you would like to review the draft Affordable Housing Funds Policies and Procedures, please click the link below. If you have any comments or suggestions to improve upon or revise the draft Policies and Procedures, please contact Judson Brown, Housing Division Manager, at (714) 667-2241 or by e-mail at jbrown@santa-ana.org.
