Andalucía is comprised of 70 spacious three-bedroom apartments to accommodate the needs of large and growing families.  The project is located on North Harbor Boulevard at the southeast corner of Harbor Boulevard and Hazard Avenue. Vista del Rio is located adjacent to the Riverview Golf Course and is dedicated affordable housing for persons with physical and developmental disabilities.  The 2.7-acre site includes 41 special needs apartments, and the design is a traditional Craftsman to complement with this historic section of Santa Ana. The site is located near an OCTA bus line, park, UCI Medical Center and a grocery market. The Community of Friends provides social services on-site. Amenities include a large community room with a kitchen, classrooms, courtyard with fountain, and a meditation garden.  To be determined eligible, at least one member of your household must have a developmental disability. Applicants who live or work in the City of Santa Ana are given preference.  There are only 8 project-based voucher assisted-units in this project and the Waiting List for this project is currently closed. 

The Orchard

71 Project-Based Vouchers

The Orchard project is the acquisition and rehabilitation of a motel in the City of Santa Ana. The 34,342 square foot development includes 58 studio units (one of which is a manager’s unit) and 14 one-bedroom units serving chronically homeless individuals earning at or below 60% of the Area Median Income.  All residents receive wrap-around supportive services from Mercy House. To be determined eligible you must be screened and referred to the Housing Authority by Mercy House via the 2-1-1 Orange County Coordinated Entry system.  For more information, please contact Mercy House at (714) 836-7188.
