Metered parking is located on Ross Street, between Santa Ana Boulevard and Civic Center Drive. Parking lots entrances are located on Santa Ana Blvd and Parton, Flower Street and 6th, and off Civic Center between the Courthouse and the Santa Ana Public Library.
