Santa Ana-CardFlex PayCard/DebitCard Program
The City of Santa Ana and Cardflex, Inc., in association with First California Bank have teamed up to debut an innovative prepaid debit card program that will provide Santa Ana residents, with the ability to accept direct deposits and conduct electronic transactions. Debit Card holders will be able to draw money from ATMs, buy groceries, pay online bills, purchase merchandise, or use their card anywhere MasterCard or Visa is accepted.
The Santa Ana-CardFlex PayCard/DebitCard Program is different from other debit card offerings because it allows the City to issue branded prepaid MasterCard debit cards to anyone with a valid government ID, such as a Passport, Drivers License, or MCAS (Matricula Consular de Alta Seguridad).
