Mobile Home Hardship Program
The City of Santa Ana has loan funds to help you repair your mobile home. You may borrow up to $5,000 with 0% interest rate. - Household annual income must not exceed the limits contained in the following table, as published by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)

- Home must be locatd in Santa Ana
- Home must be owner occupied
- Borrowers must have an acceptable credit history
- Owner of record must be 62 years of age or disabled
