The City of Santa Ana Treasury Division administers Municipal Utilitiy Services. Depending on the arrangement, this service may be the responsibility of the owner or renter.

There are additional municipal or Citywide services offered. One example is the Emergency Medical Services program, or "Paramedic Subscription", which is a low-cost program generally available to all Santa Ana residents.
