The Santa Ana Public Library Presents: Shyima Hall (PDF)

Shyima Hall's Hidden Girl is an inspiring and compelling memoir from a young woman who lost her childhood to slavery—and built a new life grounded in determination and justice.

As part of National Human Trafficking Prevention Month, Maria Hall-Brown (from the PBS series Bookmark) will interview Shyima Hall, along with an expert panel facilitated by Dr. Sandra Morgan, director of the Global Center for Women & Justice, Vanguard University.
