Program focuses on promoting early childhood literacy development in children (ages 3-5) via providing access to bilingual Spanish/English EARLY LITERACY STATION (ELS) computers. It consists of the following program components:
- Teenie Reading Buddy Program
- Tiny Tots Connect @ the Santa Ana Public Library
ELS Laptop Checkout and ELS Desktop Sign-In Program. - Tiny Tots Connect @ El Sol Science and Arts Academy
