You are invited to be a part of the collaborative effort to address homeless needs in Santa Ana. In response to Senate Bill 2, City staff is drafting a local ordinance to identify zones where emergency shelters can be allowed by right, as well as residential zones to allow Transitional/Supportive Housing opportunities.
Below is a list of meetings to help shape an Emergency Shelter and Transitional Housing Ordinance. For more information, contact Project Planner Melanie McCann.
