This is a new 228-unit apartment development mixed-se project with parking garage. 258,279 square feet of residential, 4,000 square feet of commercial and public area facing the street, and 9,816 square feet of amenities for residents. Three 4-story residential buildings, one 5-story residential building, and one 6-story parking structure are proposed.
