History-It's Happening!: A free resource from EBSCO Publishing, designed for Middle and High school students, to accompany the study of North American History and support your library's celebration of important calendar events, such as Women's History Month, Black History Month, and Presidents' Day. Site uses the Internet to link its story content to hundreds of thousands of the world's best on-line primary sources.

Internet Public Library: ipl2 is the merging of the Internet Public Library (IPL) and the Librarian's Internet Index (LII). Thousands of entries maintained by librarians, and organized into 14 main topics and nearly 300 related topics.

The International Children's Digital Library: is a research project funded primarily by the National Science Foundation, the Institute for Museum and Library Services, and Microsoft Research to create a digital library of outstanding children's books from all over the world.
